As of November 2026, a staff license of Nutrola Premium costs $35 per person for 12 months at 10 to 60 people, and $24 per person at 501 or more. You pay per seat, where one seat is one license for one person, tied to one email address. The minimum order is 10 people, and it is a one-time payment with nothing that renews automatically.
What does Nutrola charge per seat, per year and per month?
Each seat costs $24 to $35 for 12 months, and the price drops as the order gets bigger. The regular consumer price is $39.99 a year for one person, and the last column shows each discount against it.
| People | Per person, 12 months | Per person per month | Off the regular price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 to 60 | $35 | $2.92 | 12% |
| 61 to 150 | $32 | $2.67 | 20% |
| 151 to 350 | $30 | $2.50 | 25% |
| 351 to 500 | $27 | $2.25 | 32% |
| 501 or more | $24 | $2.00 | 40% |
Per person per month is the 12-month price divided by 12, not a monthly charge.
What do 50, 100, 250 or 500 people cost?
The total is the per-person price for your team size times the number of people, paid once for 12 months.
| People | Per person, 12 months | Total, paid once |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | $35 | $1,750 |
| 100 | $32 | $3,200 |
| 250 | $30 | $7,500 |
| 500 | $27 | $13,500 |
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Staff licenses start at 10 people. A 4-week challenge, where each participant gets 4 weeks of Premium, has the same minimum of 10 participants.
What happens when we add people or someone leaves?
People added later pay the same per-person price as your original order, and each one gets 12 months from the day their access turns on.
A seat that is never activated, or that belongs to someone who leaves, can move to someone else at no cost. To move a seat, send the new email address.
Does the license renew?
No. A staff license is a one-time payment for 12 months, and nothing renews automatically. You can order again later.
What if someone already pays for Nutrola?
Their license goes on their existing account. They should cancel their own App Store or Google Play subscription so they are not charged twice, since only they can cancel it.
What does the price include?
Each Nutrola Premium license covers the following.
- Meal logging by photo, barcode or voice, with personal calorie and macro goals
- Water, fasting, exercise and weight tracking
- A recipe library and short nutrition lessons
- Streaks and reminders
- Sync with Apple Health and Google Health Connect
Nutrola is a nutrition and calorie tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
On request, the organization gets group totals only. It never gets anyone’s meals, photos, weight, body measurements, activity or account details.

How do we pay, and what is on the invoice?
You can pay by card or bank transfer, and government purchase cards (cards that government offices use for their own purchases) are accepted. Invoices come from Monorra LLC, the company that makes Nutrola.
- Monorra LLC is a Delaware limited liability company at 800 N King Street, Suite 304 #3828, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA.
- Card payments appear on statements as NUTROLA.
- Organizations in Europe can be invoiced in euros. For licenses, the euro amount is confirmed in the quote.
- The payment terms are on the quote.
- Invoices to organizations in the EU are net, meaning no value added tax (VAT) is added. Nutrola is a US company and does not charge EU VAT. Where VAT is due, the customer accounts for it under the reverse charge, a rule where the buyer, not the seller, accounts for the VAT.

What does a 4-week challenge cost instead?
A 4-week challenge costs $7 per participant for US organizations, or €7 for European ones, with a minimum of 10 participants. At the minimum, the total is $70 or €70, which makes it the cheaper way to start.
- It covers 4 weeks of Nutrola Premium, plus one free setup week before the start.
- Weekly totals arrive by email for the whole group or for each team of at least 5 people. Smaller teams count only in the whole-group total.
- Access ends on its own after the challenge. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
- Extra participants cost $7 or €7 each. If someone drops out, their place can go to someone else at no cost.
- There is no in-app leaderboard. Nutrola recommends scoring teams on logging habits, not weight.
The challenge works as a pilot before licenses. When it ends, people can subscribe in the app themselves, or you can move the group to 12-month licenses. For how to run one, see how to run a 4-week nutrition challenge at work.
What do customer perks cost?
Customer perks are priced per program, and there is no public price, so you get a quote. The price depends on how many customers get Premium and for how long.
Gift lengths are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. When the gift period ends, Premium simply ends and nothing is charged, and customers can subscribe in the app if they want to keep going. If you send a list of email addresses, Nutrola uses them only to turn Premium on.
What happens after we order?
Licenses, challenges and customer perks use the same steps.
- Send the email address each person will sign up with. A spreadsheet or a plain list is fine.
- Pay the invoice.
- Each person downloads Nutrola from the App Store or Google Play and signs up with that email address.
How to get started
To get a quote, use the quote form with your name, email and a message, or email partnerships@nutrola.app. In the message, include your headcount. A formal PDF quote is available for approval chains.
Quick answers
Do people on the list need to pay or enter card details?
No. Nobody on the list pays or enters card details. The buyer pays the invoice, and each person only signs up with the email address on the list.
Is there an admin dashboard or single sign-on (SSO)?
No. There is no admin dashboard and no single sign-on (SSO), which is one login for many apps. Access works by email address, and there is nothing for the organization to install or connect.
How quickly does Premium turn on?
Premium turns on within one business day of Nutrola receiving the list and the payment. If someone signs up later, Premium turns on within one business day of their sign-up.
How do customers get Premium through a customer perk?
Today, access is set up by email address, from a list of customers who agreed to it. If you need codes that customers redeem themselves, say so in your request, and Nutrola will confirm what is possible for your launch.
